Question: Where will the Elevation Summit be held?
Answer: At Alegra Learning's Headquarters in beautiful Provo, Utah. We'll also make a stop to see the sites in historic downtown Salt Lake City.

Question: What are the requirements for attendees?
Answer: Attendees must be district level administrators with direct budget and decision making authority. Your application will be reviewed by the Alegra team to make sure you meet this criteria.

Question: Who will be in attendance?
Answer: Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents and District level administrators from school districts around the country.

Question: Can I bring someone else from my district?
Answer: Yes, but they should also be a district level administrator with the ability to oversee decision making and budgets.

Question: How many PD credits/hours will be offered?
Answers: It will be in the range of 8 hours with a certificate provided by Alegra Learning after the summit.

Question: What will the agenda be?
Answer: Please refer to the agenda link at the top of the page

Question: What costs are covered?
Answer: Alegra Learning will cover travel, accommodation and meal costs during the summit. If your district is required to cover the costs, we will work with you to arrange your travel and accommodations.

Question: When we will be visiting Sundance Mountain Resort?
Answer: We will be enjoying the snowy slopes of Sundance Mountain Resort on Thursday evening, October 2nd. We'll take in the scenery and enjoy a beautiful meal at the Foundry Grill.

Question: Where will we stay?
Answer: Summit guests with stay at the Hyatt Place Provo, close to Alegra Learning's HQ.

Question: What if I want to extend my stay in Utah?
Answer: We'd be happy to work with you to accommodate a longer stay. You'll be responsible for any costs beyond the summit.

Question: Which airport will I fly in and out of?
Answer: Either Salt Lake City International Airport or Provo Municipal Airport

Questions: When will I fly in and out?
Answer: We'll book flights arriving by noon on Wednesday and departing after 3 on Friday.

Question: Will there be accommodations for dietary restrictions?
Answer: Yes! We will make sure to gather all of this information from you as we book your travel.

In addition to the keynote speakers, panel discussion, behind the scenes tour of Joy School English - you'll be able to make meaningful connections with administrators from around the country, learn about innovative ways to meet the needs of yours students, enjoy Utah's best culinary delights and take lots of pictures of the snow capped mountains.
